I would like to be able to add an extra time at the end of the appointment or per treatment (optional). !!! The customer should NOT see this extra time in their agenda!!! Why? I treat the customer for 30 minutes, but I also want to sanitize/clean up for another 15 minutes. So I must have foreseen 45 minutes in my agenda. The customer also sees 45 minutes in their agenda, so they assume they have time and expect their quality time for 45 minutes.

Better write appointment confirmation: x date AT x hour

It would be useful to be able to jot down notes or tasks somewhere, in the same place in the software. A kind of “note block” in case certain products or extensions need to be ordered for customers. Automatically printing this list at the end of the day would be useful (make it after checkout?). Now I write extra tasks that I shouldn't forget on post-its, etc., but it seems convenient that everything can happen in the software.

I maintain that what is happening now is really annoying. We have to call customers all the time, check appointments, etc. Sometimes customers can't pay via the link, if we don't see this, we've lost this customer. Personally, I think that it does not work well in this way and also seems very customer unfriendly to throw out the agreements. That's my opinion but it's seriously on my stomach.

You can use advances for certain customers, not all or only for new customers.

If you have created multiple cash registers in Optios, it would be useful if you could change the layout of the receipt per checkout. For example, in the hair salon department where checkout 1 is located, we do not want to display the prices per service. But in the beauty department where checkout 2 is located, we do want to show the prices per service.

it is convenient to search for a customer via mobile number, street name,... with other online agenda systems, this always worked.
