Extra time after treatments
complete

I would like to be able to add an extra time at the end of the appointment or per treatment (optional).
!!! The customer should NOT see this extra time in their agenda!!!
Why?
I treat the customer for 30 minutes, but I also want to sanitize/clean up for another 15 minutes.
So I must have foreseen 45 minutes in my agenda.
The customer also sees 45 minutes in their agenda, so they assume they have time and expect their quality time for 45 minutes.

Add an extra quarter with the last shift.

It would be useful if, even with manual bookings, a certain additional time (e.g. 15 min) be allowed to pay and clean up after the customer. Now you have to manually renew a quarter yourself each time. You can now only set this up for online appointments.
Saves you stress if this is forgotten manually.

There is no solution after each service, because if the customer books various services (such as eyebrow epilation, gelish and pedicure), too much time would be charged. The extra time should take into account the total of all the customer's appointments on that day.

Totally agree with Ilse. It should work as a kind of 'shadow' in the agenda. When a customer books an hour, they are not allowed to see 75 minutes in their agenda. That cleaning time is for us, for example, to prepare the treatment room for the next customer, not for them to be 10 minutes late or to get dressed again at leisure. We had this with our 2 previous software systems and are very disappointed that optios does not have it.

When a customer automatically places the appointment in his or her own agenda, they will always see the full appointment. So if your shift lasts 45 minutes, it will also have a 45 minute block, unfortunately there is no other option from a technical point of view. However, you can possibly 'solve' this by creating menus (for all services, of course). Menus containing a “treatment” service of 30 minutes, followed by a second “disinfect/clean up” service of 15 minutes. Then the duration is correct and the customer already knows that the treatment itself only takes 30 minutes.

I'll put this under the cleaning block and add my time. I'll post this automatically before and after each treatment so you don't run into problems with online bookings.

That's already possible. You simply create an extra 15 minute shift and add it to your menus.

I have placed a message in the booking system that the customer must add the disinfection option each time they visit. So I've included this in my services. This message appears as soon as the booking program opens.

Ilse van Krieken: Dear Ilse, I did this too but unfortunately, I think customers just click it off immediately without reading. With 50% of the online bookings, I still have to call afterwards to cancel or reschedule. Which takes a lot of time and causes frustration. X

Hannah Vanderbeke: yes, that happens to me sometimes... I'll just add the time to disinfect myself... Of course, that is only possible if there is still an opening for it 😐
