It would be useful to be able to jot down notes or tasks somewhere, in the same place in the software. A kind of “note block” in case certain products or extensions need to be ordered for customers. Automatically printing this list at the end of the day would be useful (make it after checkout?). Now I write extra tasks that I shouldn't forget on post-its, etc., but it seems convenient that everything can happen in the software.
