It would be useful to be able to jot down notes or tasks somewhere, in the same place in the software. A kind of “note block” in case certain products or extensions need to be ordered for customers. Automatically printing this list at the end of the day would be useful (make it after checkout?). Now I write extra tasks that I shouldn't forget on post-its, etc., but it seems convenient that everything can happen in the software.

It would be easy if you could write notes anywhere on the home page or agenda for certain dates without taking up “time”. Like “customer will pick up the product around 4 pm”. This is certainly useful when it comes to a moment 2 or 3 days in the future, and I would dare to forget this.

Note a day or week.

Make a note about a day or week without having to block that day. For example, the children are having a study day or vacation. This is then noted as a reminder that day, but customers can still schedule appointments.
