Make communication clearer on the order page. A few suggestions: * Possibly a tooltip or info text in the input field for extra context. * Adding an explicit message to the “Recipient” field: “Note: the gift card will be sent directly to this email address.” * Extra choice option for the customer: Send the receipt directly to the recipient. Send the receipt to me so that I can print it myself and give it as a gift.

There is also an option on the online booking module that leads to online gift cards.

Actions in the salon where the customer can purchase a voucher online and it has extra value For example Voucher costs €100 to buy, customer can spend €110.

Only an unused receipt sold in the salon can be withdrawn Should also be available for coupons sold online Should also be possible for receipts that have already been used a lot Theft, loss, misuse under conditions, etc...

The amount currently displayed in the customer portal preview of gift cards may cause confusion among end customers. The amount shown is often interpreted as a fixed amount of the gift card, even though it is actually just an example. This gives the impression that only gift cards of a specific amount are available.

Please use the gift card number in a larger font, it really is in a small font. I don't work with the barcode reader myself, so I like it bigger and more readable

When customers buy a gift voucher they do not necessarily understand that after selecting a gift voucher design they must go down to the bottom of the page to click on next. often I am told that the site does not work but it is often because of this. maybe we should see that when they click it goes down the page directly
