Make communication clearer on the order page. A few suggestions: * Possibly a tooltip or info text in the input field for extra context. * Adding an explicit message to the “Recipient” field: “Note: the gift card will be sent directly to this email address.” * Extra choice option for the customer: Send the receipt directly to the recipient. Send the receipt to me so that I can print it myself and give it as a gift.

Please use the gift card number in a larger font, it really is in a small font. I don't work with the barcode reader myself, so I like it bigger and more readable

When customers buy a gift voucher they do not necessarily understand that after selecting a gift voucher design they must go down to the bottom of the page to click on next. often I am told that the site does not work but it is often because of this. maybe we should see that when they click it goes down the page directly

Only a full gift card can currently be withdrawn but this should also be possible even for gift cards with a residual value

Have the name of the gift voucher recipient in the software. Easier to find if the person can no longer find their gift voucher or if they forgot to take it with the day of the appointment or send an email or SMS to remind them that the voucher is about to expire.

We can uncheck the gift voucher tracking to know how to use our old gift vouchers but the approach is not direct. It would be easier to be able to check that it is an old gift voucher and to know how to enter the code.
