At the moment, it is unclear when a customer is valued as an “existing customer”. An “existing customer” = has already booked and has a checkout history. But in many cases: only a customer file = “existing customer”. When moving from old software to Optios, salons often have existing customers who have not yet had checkout transactions, or only a profile, and are treated as “new customers” with all the associated limitations—e.g. when booking online. This leads to frustration, duplication of work and unintended restrictions for customers.
