Currently, consulting advances (online, offline and cash register) is spread across various modules. In the current setup, information is often missing or the display is not uniform. This makes it difficult to get a complete and accurate overview, both per customer (customer sheet), at the checkout level and in the reports. Please provide a uniform overview of all advances (online, offline and cash register) in: Customer records: one overview with filtering options (all types of advance + status). Checkout: expand the existing overview with filter options (all types of advance + status). And direct visibility of the linked advances, balances and appointment details from the tickets themselves. Reports: complete and consistent reporting, with breakdown by type of advance. So please have several overviews with clear awards: Labelling or icons for online, offline and checkout advances + possibility to filter or group by type.
