It would be very useful if you could set the forms to only send a form to new customers or, for example, once per customer. At the moment, a form does not seem to be specifically linked to a first appointment or new customer. This is very practical for salons, because intake forms are often only needed on a first visit. Existing customers don't have to fill out the same form over and over again. For example: A new customer makes an appointment → form is sent automatically. The customer completes the form once. At subsequent appointments, the form will not be sent again. Existing customers won't receive the form. An option such as “Only submit this form at the first appointment” would be a very useful extension to this.
