For no shows - prepay or credit card guarantee for these customers only
When a customer has a no show, make online booking possible for that customer only subject to payment of an advance or guarantee by credit card. Important: Only for those customers! So that customers who come correctly are not penalized + you don't want a general extra barrier when booking.

Free up No-Show seats without deleting appointments
We want to mark a no-show on the agenda so that the software remembers it. However, then this place will not become vacant. If it is an adaptation of 4u, for example, that would be useful.
