When a customer has a no show, make online booking possible for that customer only subject to payment of an advance or guarantee by credit card. Important: Only for those customers! So that customers who come correctly are not penalized + you don't want a general extra barrier when booking.

We are currently looking at how we can build this in with our current Payments provider (Mollie). So that end customers of the salon can enter their credit card details safely and quickly & there would be opportunities to decide whether to withdraw an amount from the credit card or not when they don't show up.
We are also trying to see how we can ensure that booking online does not become more difficult and to keep the threshold very low for making a booking. Requiring customers to log in, for example, is a fairly big barrier, which means that customers are more likely to book online and drop out.
