Adjust customer satisfaction text/image

I would like to be able to modify the text of the automated messages that the customer receives myself:
• appointment confirmation 
• appointment reminder 
• “are you satisfied” message after the appointment 
This way, communication can be better tailored to our marketing.

I would also like it if I could change the text for customer satisfaction myself. I also think it would be nice to adjust the frequency.
