create a confirmation email per service

Pre-written emails exist in the software but are not visible. If you want to change your email, you have to start from scratch. The basic email should be displayed in the settings.

E-mails to manager of all workshop registrations

You can now either use the standard text or use a template yourself, but still only 1 template for all types of bookings. It would be useful if you could also send a specific text for a specific service.

be able to create an email for should the customer cancel late that it can be sent out (such as a no show mail)
