I like to have my agenda on a weekly basis. After closing, I have to set it up again and again, I can remember this until I change it myself

be able to make a fixed comment to a customer who is also listed in your calendar
I am a nail technician and sometimes use products for some customers that I don't normally use for everyone. I would love to be able to post this as a comment to the customer. This comment would then be included in the appointment in your agenda when booking a nail appointment. As a result, this is repeated over and over again and you cannot forget it.

To Do list (for salon)
It would be useful to be able to jot down notes or tasks somewhere, in the same place in the software. A kind of “note block” in case certain products or extensions need to be ordered for customers. Automatically printing this list at the end of the day would be useful (make it after checkout?). Now I write extra tasks that I shouldn't forget on post-its, etc., but it seems convenient that everything can happen in the software.

Calendar Logbook
It would be useful to view a history of appointments, appointment changes, trips, cancellations every day and/or per customer. Now, for us as business managers, it is often a puzzle when an employee delets/moves an appointment.

Customers see all their appointments even those that are not booked online.
Customers often take a look at all their appointments online. But the appointments that I have booked in the agenda myself cannot be seen online. Only the ones they made online themselves. It would be useful for the customer to have a complete overview.
