Duplicate bookings notification
Sara Meert
Get notified when customers book multiple but exactly the same appointments at short notice (double bookings). Customers deliberately dare to book a few days, only to show up later at the best time (for them).
Multiple, different appointments can, in turn, indicate parents who book for a child, for example, with the same email address, in the same books. This does not have to be “flagged”.

Customers sometimes dare to enter the agenda several times in a short time and then arrive at the time that suits them best.

Avoid double bookings

For example, customers who make an appointment today and then book a new one for tomorrow... this should be avoidable.. each customer can choose how long the change time is, for example 48 hours... then optios should be able to prevent a booking within 48 hours via the online platform by saying, for example. You have not been able to make a new appointment as you have an appointment within 48 hours... or a general message: you have an appointment: “date and time”, please change it by pressing the button below. For appointments that are within the 48 hour period... daily frustrations around this that people can just keep booking...

Notify when the customer has an appointment in a short time.

There are customers who book themselves twice in the short term. When the date approaches, they cancel one of the two appointments.
Is it possible to get a notification when customers have multiple appointments at short notice?
