Please include a warning screen on the online booking for multiple appointments on the same day - to avoid double appointments.
- a warning that the customer already has an appointment that particular day
- an overview of the already scheduled appointment/appointments (date, time, services).
Sometimes end customers do not receive their email confirmation (temporarily) and try to book an appointment multiple times to make sure a booking was successful.
In addition, some customers deliberately book multiple appointments on different days to secure their spot and choose the desired date later.
This behavior leads to double or multiple bookings, which means unnecessarily blocked time slots and extra work for salon owners.
