WhatsApp button for direct customer contact

I suggest adding a WhatsApp button in popups or confirmation screens so that customers can contact them directly with a single click if they have questions or doubts about their appointment.
Why this is useful:
Easy contact: customers don't have to search for a number or email address.
Reduces cancellations or no-shows by allowing questions to be answered immediately.
Improves customer satisfaction and usability of the booking system.

Salons often choose our online software because they prefer to no longer be contacted via whatsapp, messenger or SMS. These salons also prefer not to share their contact details (not on the website, not on mail, not on the booking...). So the button should already be optional. Maybe this is also an idea you can vote for:
