It might be useful to create a kind of “waiting list”.
Our agenda is often completely full for a few weeks, but it often happens that customers cancel very late.
Then it is useful to call customers who are immediately available.
In a tool, the customer indicates on which days he is available and on what hours.
If you then have a late cancellation, you can easily see who is available at that moment in the waiting list.
