The system should allow certain customers (loyal or “VIP” customers) to have more online booking rights than standard customers (or vice versa, can restrict to a few customers).
Examples:
Being able to make appointments after a certain hour (for example after 6 pm), even if this is limited or unavailable to standard customers.
Being able to plan appointments further ahead of the standard allowed period, so that selected customers have earlier access to desired time slots.
Goal: This gives loyal customers more advantage and first choice when planning appointments.
