Expansion of the “Online Advances” configuration settings

The current settings of the “Online Advances” are too limited and too binary. Please:
- Possibility to select + combine multiple customer groups at the same time
- Adjustable per customer group/per service:
- online deposit allowed (yes/no)
- type of advance (fixed amount or percentage of price)
- Allow or require full payment
- Percentage-based advances (in 1 click)
- Automatically calculate transaction costs to be passed on to the customer
- Being able to split advances for use in multiple appointments
- Make tracking in the checkout itself much clearer
