If we receive an email because a customer has moved an appointment online, we should state when the original appointment was scheduled.

Hey, it's nice that we know when a customer reschedules an appointment, but even better when we know what day she deletes... then we know where space becomes available.
The email could therefore confirm that the appointment was moved from 01/12 13:30 to 04/12 15:00.

Indeed, it would be so easy if we could also see that. Then we can notify customers who are on the waiting list and thus fill out the agenda perfectly again. Now we have to look for the vacant place.

This is very important, especially for wellness when you arrange a massage. We now have to find where this appointment was and then notify the masseuse. Very awkward right now.
