When we closed the greenhouse, we displayed outstanding recipes, which was the case with our previous program, as soon as we had prepared the greenhouse, a pop-up came into the picture with “fill in outstanding recipes” so you never forget a color customer.

That is already possible.
You set the reminder via Settings - Customers - Categories - choose the category - tick reminder at checkout - Save.
