There are already a lot of notifications within Optios that provide sufficient information, but some are still fairly general. As a result, it is not always clear to the salon exactly what happened and why.

Make notifications clearer by, where possible, specifying:

What didn't work out.

Why it didn't work out.

What the salon needs to do to fix this.
