Sven Cornelis: Unfortunately, the general message comes first when the customer clicks on “more info”.
Can this be adjusted?

Sven Cornelis: Perfect:)
Thank you so much...
However, for legal remedies, customers must be asked to provide their postal address, as we cannot send registered mail without it.

Véronique Detiste: Thanks for the feedback. Indeed, at the moment, it is not possible to enter the street, zip code, and municipality when making an online booking. However, we are afraid that many customers will drop out if they have to fill in too much information to make their reservation. Currently, it is limited to first name, last name, e-mail address and mobile number. If we expand this with much more information, the number of online reservations will also fall and customers will go back to the phone more quickly, we fear...
I would recommend asking for an advance payment for new customers and existing customers will probably already be able to ask you for the address in the salon itself, so that you can send them a registered letter.

Sven Cornelis: Hi Sven, I understand your point of view, but maybe you can leave the choice to activate it or not:)
Thank you and have a nice day,

Sven Cornelis: Hi Sven,
After consulting with my lawyer, he tells me that we need at least a date of birth to search for the person who made the appointment.
With this information (easy to code), we were able to find their address.
Otherwise, it is impossible to file an appeal if there are several people with the same name.

Gilis Ilse: This has been fixed ☺️ Thanks for letting us know!

Véronique Detiste: Indeed, I understand that it is important to you. I don't know how many times you've had the need to file an effective appeal? If this really happens a lot, we can indeed look into submitting a separate feature request for this.
From our point of view, it is more interesting to keep the threshold for booking as low as possible and to take a number of deterrent measures, such as the terms and conditions that they must also agree to.

planned
We have planned to provide a “Terms and Conditions” button on the Optios website soon. Here we will provide a standard text prepared by a lawyer, so that you can still offer and pay the bill to customers who do not show up. 👻

Laura Boucké: The terms and conditions drawn up by a lawyer are already available online in Optios' mini website. Here's an example: http://cutting-ends.optios.net/general-conditions
