When customers arrive late, don't show up, etc... can send an email (such as a confirmation email/reminder email) that we can adjust ourselves for a no-show.
That customers are reminded that, for example, in the event of a second no-show, they will be blocked from the online agenda or that this appointment will be reimbursed.

That is already possible.
You create the template via
Settings - Calendar - email templates
The last template is for the no-show
If you now mark a no show on your calendar for a customer who has an email address in their customer file, the system will ask if you want to send the email.
