Hello, we have a big problem in making an appointment online, namely for the change an appointment already made.
Let me explain: once the appointment is made regardless of the collaborator, the customer receives a confirmation email, in this confirmation email he has the possibility to modify or cancel the appointment, (until then everything is fine).
If he wants to change his appointment, we can only change it on the person to whom it was assigned... this means that regardless of the moment after he wants to choose the program automatically requires him to stay with the same collaborator and therefore in the agenda there are holes in the agenda, for example, there are holes in the agenda for example rather during the day with other collaborators when he could have come earlier...
