Elien callens: When you offer multiple last minutes (services) at the same time - then your customer can choose from this offer on the online booking. 
Example: To fill 30 minutes, you offer men's cuts, children's cuts and brushing - at 5 p.m.
When one of the above services is then booked online, such as brushing, the other (cuts) become unavailable for booking - as an appointment has now been booked for brushing at 5 pm.
