Currently, it is not possible to use promotional codes during the online booking process. There is a need for an integrated code system that allows marketing actions to be applied and measured.
  • Promotional codes are manageable (create, activate/deactivate, validity period).
  • Promotional codes should be easy to add to a marketing email
  • Customers must be able to enter a promotional code when booking online.
  • The system validates the promotional code (valid/invalid/expired).
  • If the code is valid, the corresponding discount or promotion is applied automatically.
  • Promotional codes can be used to track marketing actions.
