Do not delete a manual appointment with an online deposit

We have noticed that manually scheduled appointments (consultations only) are automatically deleted. This must happen when scheduling online; if we schedule it manually, these appointments must of course remain in place. Automatically deleting the appointment without an advance payment should be overruled by manual scheduling
