Delivery without ordering via excel

I think a “bulk scan mode and smart defaults” could be a better alternative. Even for large companies, these types of deliveries (non-PO receipt) are usually scan-based and rarely via Excel imports. And most hairdressers involve accessories and small items. Excel may sound logical, but in practice:
❌ Extra cognitive burden
❌ Error-prone (barcodes, numbers, columns)
❌ Still to be created by the supplier or hairdresser (for mostly small things)
❌ Not real-time
❌ More difficult than scanning
Excel → used for bulk setup (items, prices)
Excel → hardly ever used for operational reception
Optios already has:
✅ orders → 1-click receipt
✅ delivery without order → scan
That's actually exactly the right UX for this segment.
But “bulk scan mode and smart defaults” when delivered without an order could be an improvement.
