When a product reaches the minimum stock value due to consumption, notify the main account by email. In this way, stock breakages can be prevented. An alternative is to give an on-screen message when scanning out the “consumption” of a product that equals the minimum stock value. This way, the employee can take action and create a new order with the supplier.

The minimum requirement is to see the remaining stock in the “Consumption” screen, after processing the consumed product.
