If you are no longer able to accept new customers for certain treatment, specifically stop booking online. And possibly mention that they can get on a waiting list for this.

this would be very nice because I don't have a customer stop for 1 particular service but want to promote the other service. turning off online books is pointless because then people will still call and the entire function of the program will be lost.
