For example, there was the incident where the customer wanted to buy a gift card during lockdown. It was a coincidence that the loyalty card was just full and €15 was deducted. However, the salon wants it not to be deducted when purchasing a gift card. They clicked away the discount, but now it doesn't automatically arrive at this customer's next account.
