See a complete overview of the advances not only in the checkout, but also in the customer file. This makes it faster and clearer to check per customer which advances have been paid, for which appointments and what the status is (e.g. refunded, expired). This is for both cash advances and online advances!
A “Advances” tab is already visible in the customer file. The overview should show the same details as in the checkout:
  • Date & time of the appointment that requires an advance payment
  • Date & time of deposit payment (!)
  • Details of the appointment (services)
  • Advance amount
  • Status (paid, refunded, expired,...)
