We have developed a new feature that will show all possible duplicate customers in one list overview 🤩 From there, you will be able to easily clean the customer base and merge duplicates 👍🏻 The development is currently still being tested by our developers and will be available shortly.

Currently, when we click merge, Optios will make a choice itself or there is no overview. However, multiple customer records often contain important information.
