Currently, it is not visible which appointment an open ticket is linked to, nor the date on which (customer only). This causes confusion in situations where:
  • a ticket has been opened for a future appointment to check the amount.
  • a ticket was opened for a future appointment to check the amount, but the appointment was later canceled.
  • it is unclear whether an open ticket should be deleted (e.g. due to a deleted appointment) or redeemed (e.g. in case of a missed payment).
