The ability to configure the content of confirmation and reminder emails by appointment type/treatment. Currently, salons can create the content of confirmation and reminder emails themselves, but only one general content per email type is possible.
Each treatment may differ in:
- Preparation instructions
- Carrying documents
- Cancellation conditions
- Health guidelines
- Aftercare instructions
With just one general email, entrepreneurs must:
- Either put all possible information in 1 long email
- Or omit important specific info
- Or communicate manually

It would be useful if a separate confirmation email could be sent if an advance payment is requested. In that email, you can then put more information about payment of the advance.
Customers who make an appointment without an advance payment do not need to receive that extra information because it is confusing for them.
