Important information before the first appointment only

I have created a lot of automatic campaigns but I cannot create one only before the first appointment in order to give important explanations before the first visit. I did it but it sends the email before each appointment, which is very redundant. I would like to be able to do it just once for new customers

Hello Isabelle! Did you use the “Before or after the first visit” filter in automatic campaigns? If you have activated this filter specifically and multiple emails are sent instead of one, then something is not working properly — the functionality is buggy.
If this type of email is sent to your customers several times instead of once, please report it. Send information to support by email or chat: Indicate which customer (name, email address) received this message multiple times, as well as the dates it was sent. We are going to analyze that for you.
