The “Checkout Reminder” pop-up for a comment category (Settings > Customer > Categories) appears with each customer and at each checkout. We use that category for laser treatments (zone, session number, settings), but our wax customers also get the pop-up, so the team usually clicks it off. Please filter by service or category, such as the treatment forms, or the option to show the pop-up only after checkout instead of before.
