It would be easy if the loyalty points could be automated. A type of digital customer card in the system. Now I personally still work with paper customer cards. It would be more fun and easier if this could be incorporated into the system. It would also be nice that we could choose the number of points ourselves, for example, whether a discount can be linked to this and that it can then be processed automatically at checkout. Easier for us and for the customer;)
