My clients have to answer a questionnaire, but I want to do this in the salon myself via a tab in the customer sheet
the survey should therefore not be forwarded to the customer
Currently, you only have the option by mail

This has been possible for a while now. When you go to the customer sheet itself, you can select “forms”. 
On the right, you see sent/completed surveys. 
Click the “Add Form” button. 
You can then choose the survey and either open it in a new tab or a QR code that your customer can scan in the salon.
