Change the invoice date

at the end of the month or quarter, I need to make invoices. However, this is not always possible on the last day of the month. From an accounting point of view, it is better that the invoice date is, for example, 31/12 and not 1/1. Is this possible?

True, or sometimes you want to make an invoice later. If a customer arrives on 1/02, for example, and I have an administration day on 5/02, the date is wrong. For some people, this is a problem.
