Extra time must be invisible to customers

At Salonkee, you can add personalized clean-up time to your services and the customer won't see it, except that it's blocked in your calendar. After a pedicure, for example 10 minutes and after a facial, 5 minutes

With Relaxy, the 15 minutes of extra time come after the service time.

Customers see the extra 15 minutes as time for them. So, for example, an appointment of 120 min + 15 minutes of extra time, people get to see as 135 minutes in Relaxy. As a result, they think they can sit in the sauna for 135 minutes.

A customer reserves for 120min - but because extra cleaning time is provided - 120min + 15min in the agenda - the customer gets 105min on his screen - see attachment. This scares a lot of people off.

we provide you with a cleaning time of 15 minutes (block). Unfortunately, this is deducted from the reservation that customers make online. If they reserve for 120 minutes, they will receive a confirmation of 105 minutes. This causes confusion.
