Annoying that people who are customers but have not booked their first appointment online themselves cannot book online. Also, that older customers, who we no longer see as an ideal customer/want to join our customer base but who once booked themselves, can still book. So we want a customer stop but that all existing customers in our customer base can book online themselves.
