Provide a specific configuration for intake appointments at the service and menu levels. Currently, there is no specific flow in the Online Booking for an initial appointment or intake.

Salons often solve this themselves by creating two separate services or menu items, for example:

Color treatment — first appointment

Color treatment - existing customer

or:

Intake + treatment

Treatment

As a result, the end customer must know and correctly assess which option is applicable. This is not fail-proof. A new customer can easily select the usual treatment, while an existing customer may sometimes also need an intake because it is a new treatment.

Example: salon offers Glycol Facial.

Configuration:

Glycol Facial

☑ First appointment/intake required

Trigger: customer has never had a Glycol Facial

Action: book Glycol Facial — first appointment instead of the standard Glycol Facial + possibly submit the form
