I would like an AI chatbot that actively helps end customers make a booking, with the aim of higher conversion and fewer questions. Some customers drop out during the booking process due to ambiguity, stress of choice or unanswered questions, and then the integrated AI chatbot can guide them step-by-step:
- Understands natural language (NL, FR and EN)
- Asks specific questions (date, location, number of people, budget, missing data)
- Retrieves real-time availability
- Suggests alternatives in case of no availability
- Shows summary before confirmation
- Configurable for Upsell capabilities
