A customer portal or online access point where customers can log in or register to access their personal information and booking history. With features such as:
For salon:
- Be able to send push notifications for actions
- Be able to send push notifications for certain treatments! (such as forms)
- Last-minute push notifications
- Require outstanding payments
For the customer himself (configured by the salon, of course):
- Book new appointments/repeat appointments
- View, change, or cancel scheduled appointments.
- View prices/duration of appointment per shift
- Change contact details.
- Save preferences (favorite hairdresser).
- Download important documents (e.g. form, aftercare, health insurance invoices)
- Manage email/text reminders.
- Marketing
- Payment history & invoices
- Access to previous treatments.
- Possibly download invoices
- Make outstanding payments (credit/no-show fee)
- Loyalty and savings system (optional)
- Manage gift cards
- Leave reviews

Customers can manage their own profile (name, address, email, etc.) from the online appointments module. Login with email and password. In this way, duplicate customers in the customer base are avoided.
