At the moment, I have several sponsored campaigns running via Facebook Ads. Among other things, a campaign to promote curly cutting. I placed a Facebook pixel on the “Cut Curlsys curls” button in my online appointment tool.
Currently, it shows a much higher conversion in the report vs. the actual scheduled number of appointments. Our hypothesis is that we will still lose some customers based on the use of the online appointment module. We would like to test this hypothesis in collaboration with you. In our view, an easy way to check this is by installing a short script so that we can follow the user as soon as he/she walks through the appointment system. This allows us to gain insight into where in the appointment system our customer may be deterred and, as a result, does not make an appointment but leaves the module (we test this using Cx tools such as heatmap analyses).
