GIFT CARDS IN CHECKOUT 0% VAT

We often have gift card purchases for which our customers ask for an invoice.
We already mentioned to you that when we want to create an invoice on the gift card, 21% VAT is charged, which must be 0% VAT.
Then you came up with the 'solution' not to create the invoice via the receipt, but via invoices and create an invoice there so that we could set the VAT to 0% ourselves.
Now, in this case, we have the problem that all these invoices go to the accountant and are counted as income, gift cards, and these cash registers where the customer pays are also included in daily receipts. So this means that these gift cards are delivered twice to our accountant.
Now we have linked a credit invoice to each gift card invoice to prevent this. But this cannot be the intention that we have to link credit invoices to gift card invoices every time.
Can IT set the VAT percent on the receipt to 0% for gift cards? Then we can create an invoice directly from the receipt so that our accounts are correct.
