available hours that you can set online per shift

I would like to add an extra option when creating and managing a service that allows you to set the available hours per shift, similar to how the hours in the calendar can be set.
Currently, for example, you can set up a sports massage duo with a service. The problem is that this service is not available all day long. Indeed, in the morning, no one is available to carry out the duo treatment. My husband can only jump in between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm. Of course, it is also not feasible to have someone come to work especially for half an hour.
That is why it would be very useful if, when creating a new service, in addition to the calendar and the option:
Block activities by days or dates
whether
Set days when this activity can't be booked
could also set the available time blocks per day.
At the moment, for example, I can set:
Monday: 08:00 — 14:00
But I can't specify whether or not a particular service can be booked at different times.
For example:
Sports package
Available from 08:00 — 17:00
Not available from 17:00 — 19:00
Available from 19:00 — 22:00
Or at another service:
Only bookable in the morning
Not bookable during certain hours
Not available at all on certain days
In addition, I have employees who are only available at certain times. For example:
Employee
Wednesday: 13:00 — 20:00
Friday: 14:00 — 18:00
At the moment, I am unable to correctly link these different hours to the individual services. As a result, I can't actually offer certain packages online correctly, because customers can choose times when no one is available to perform the service.
Preferred functionality
It would therefore be ideal if you could set multiple time blocks per shift and per day, for example:
Wednesday
08:00 — 12:00
14:00 — 18:00
Fridays
14:00 — 18:00
Anything outside these set time frames would then automatically not be bookable for that specific service.
That way, I can determine much more precisely when a particular service can be booked online, without having to create separate services or blocks for each exception.
This would be a very important improvement for us, as our services depend on the availability of certain employees and are not all bookable during full opening hours.
