Nu wordt dit verstuurd naar notifications@optiosmails.com waardoor het antwoord van de klant niet terecht komt bij het salon. Is het mogelijk om het verzendadres te wijzigen naar deze van het salon? /Now the responses are sent to notifications@optiosmails.com and the customer's response therefore does not reach the lounge. Is it possible to change the response address to that of the lounge?

Customers can now reply back to the email 🤩 The reply arrives at the salon's email address 👍🏻

Sven Cornelis: This now only works on the booking confirmation email, a response to the booking reminder email will not arrive. There is also no non-delivery message to the sender, so the sender does not receive a message that this email has not arrived.

Yes, I would love to. So annoying and people reply and send the mail so they don't realize it's not coming to us.

Or can at least a reply be sent to the customer that this email address “does not exist”?
I already had someone reply to the mail saying she couldn't come but because they don't get an answer, they think this has arrived and I'm left with a “no-show”.
