Cancel appointments if deposit not paid also if the payment link is not clicked for telephone appointments - a deposit was requested for a telephone appointment and not online, and the customer did not activate the cancellation timer because he did not click on the payment link at all.

This already exists. Attention, this is only for offline deposits. If the customer clicks on the payment link in the confirmation email, they are immediately redirected to Mollie. Therefore, the time frame at that point will depend on Mollie itself (just like with online deposits).
But as long as the payment link is not clicked, the deadline remains as defined by the salon. So what is the difference compared to before? In the past, customers could avoid paying a deposit by simply not checking the email, and the appointment was therefore not cancelled. From now on, the appointment will in any case be cancelled in case of non-payment.
If the customer does not open the email, it therefore depends on the deadline you have configured, and if not on Mollie, but the cancellation will take place in case of non-payment.
