  • Take into account the salon's existing configuration and booking rules
  • If a request cannot be handled by the AI, can provide the necessary information to the salon
👉 For example, a customer can arrange an appointment via a regular phone call without an agent having to pick up the phone, while the booking ends up directly in Optios.
