for example, we work with flexis for the reception, if I want to put this at the top of the agenda so that everyone can see it,

this can only be done by creating a new BLOCK but must be linked to 1 employee, but we work with a team & sliding days, so you are always forced to appoint that one person to see this general comment for that day...

In my opinion, it's ideal for people who work alone in their salon,

but I do think it's a bit of a hassle with a team if I can be honest,

maybe you can hopefully make the agenda a bit clearer in the future?

make it easy to add a comment that is visible to everyone?
